Commission Request Form

This form must be completed and submitted to Corporate Business Operations (commissions@1wealthnation.com) for approval before any commissions are paid. Upon final approval, commissions will be disbursed once Corporate Compliance has processed the payment- usually within 24 to 72 hours (depending on the client’s method of payment). Payments made with a credit card after 5:00pm, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed within three business days of completion of payment. Commissions will be paid Mon-Fri between the hours 10:00am and 7:00pm. Any commissions received after Friday at 7:00pm will be processed reviewed the following Monday. .

Representative requirements:

-To verify that payment has been received before submitting your commission request form, please check with your LPM or a member of the admin team.

-In order for the commission request form to be approved the representative must be compliant with all terms and conditions of their contractual agreement with the company including but not limited to:
A. Attendance and participation in National Leadership calls, client strategy meetings, team meetings and trainings, executive development
B. Representative is actively participating in the execution of client’s brand “blueprint”
C. Representative is reasonably responsive to team requests and demonstrates a positive attitude and solid work ethic in their efforts and due diligence to help grow the company
D. Representative keeps track of all client’s notes detailed, substantive, relevant, and up to date and sent over to their team lead to upload into HighRise.
