Wealth Nation- Millionaire Mentors program
What are the 3 A's of mentorship?
The three A's of mentoring are availability, active listening, and analysis. Availability means that a mentor should offer or avail you of their time, experience, encouragement, feedback, and advice.
The Millionaire Mentors "Program-Overview"
MMP was created, designed, and developed to foster a one-on-one support system for ongoing training and executive development specifically for new team members. The MMP pairs new and sometimes inexperienced team members with more seasoned industry veterans within the company to help accelerate and facilitate professional growth. MMP is structured to position the new team member for early success in our business systems and to lay a solid foundation of knowledge, tools, and resources for long term sustainability in the music industry.
MMP- Policy, Procedure, and Protocol
All new team members upon fully executing their contracts with Wealth Nation are assigned a "Millionaire Mentor" by the company's Corporate Operations Team. Every new team member is assigned to an authorized MMP mentor regardless of what department they are in.
Time Period- The new team member is "assigned" a millionaire mentor to work with for their first 60 calendar days with the company. The calendar days shall commence from the original date the new team members contract was fully executed.
Assignment- New team members "Mentee's" are assigned by the Corporate Operations Team on a case by case basis. Assignments for "A&R's" are disseminated at the beginning of the weekly A&R training conference call. All available mentors are reviewed and evaluated to see who is the best available fit for the new team member to match up for optimal performance. If it is deemed that the fit between the mentor and the mentee is not a good fit, then Corporate Operations may "re-assign" the mentee or mentor at the company's sole discretion.
Capacity- All authorized "MMP" mentors can only mentor a maximum of 2 mentee's per 60 day cycle completion. A mentor may be considered for a "Reassignment" of another mentor's mentee upon extraordinary circumstances on a temporary or permanent basis depending on the situation as deemed appropriate by Corporate Operations and agreed upon by the mentor.
Buddy System- The MMP fundamental core structure is strategically designed to cultivate.
- Traditional One-on-one Mentoring. A mentee and mentor are matched, either through a program or on their own. ...
- Distance Mentoring. A mentoring relationship in which the two parties (or group) are in different locations. ...
Mentor Assignment duties:
A. The Millionaire Mentor shall meet via phone conference or zoom call once a week for the first two weeks, then every other week thereafter to assist/support their mentee with any questions, challenges, or training concerns they may be experiencing.
B. The Millionaire Mentor shall make themselves reasonably available via text, phone, email to answer any questions their mentee may have in a support role to ensure their overall success in getting started with the company.
C. The Millionaire Mentor should conduct one mentoring session during the first 30 days that is solely focused on all company policies, procedures, and protocols, particularly related to the position within the company.
D. The Millionaire Mentor should operate in "Good Faith" in properly advising, guiding, and communicating with their mentee in a reasonable and timely manner. A reasonable and timely manner for purposes of MMP shall be defined as within 24-48 hours from the time the mentor received an inquiry from their "assigned" mentee. There should be at minimum an acknowledgement of professional communication and response to your mentee's inquiry to the best of your ability.
E. The Millionaire Mentor is required to notate the company's "CRM" system Highrise a summary of their mentee's status and progress upon conclusion of the first 3 meeting sessions and prior to the conclusion of the mentee's first 30 days of mentorship from the original "Assignment date" (no exceptions).
F. In the event a Millionaire Mentor cannot continue to mentor a new team member, the mentor shall advise Corporate Operations immediately so we can evaluate the entirety of the circumstances and consider "Re-assignment" as deemed necessary.
G. In the event that a mentee participating in the program incurs any type of company violation against policies, procedures, or protocol; The MMP mentor is instructed to report such violation to the company's "QC" Quality Control department for further review. Conversely, if a Millionaire Mentor is found to be in violation of company policies, procedure, or protocol the mentee and or any representative of the company shall be required to report the alleged violation(s) to the company's "QC" Quality Control department for further review and consideration.

Commission Policy *revised* 5-2-25:
All accounts will be thoroughly reviewed from top to bottom (please allow up to 72 hours for administrative review and approval), prior to any commission payouts regardless of how long you have been with the company, your position level, whether you have instant payout privileges or not, and or your eagerness to get paid right away, or any other particular circumstances. (no exceptions). We are cracking down on this policy and protocol significantly and
The notes on high rise will be extensively reviewed and vetted top to bottom on the account each time a commission request is made. If the notes are not "thorough" "detailed" and comprehensive your commission request will be denied, and you will be advised by either "admin" and or a corporate team member of what you will need to do to rectify the situation and "re-submit" your request.
All client accounts should be complete with all client's information, and project details, current and up to date. The notes should be comprehensive, easy to read, understandable, and account for everything going on with the project status. Please take your time and do it the right way! Lack of notes and or comprehensive details will delay your commission payout. We recommend you employ the 5W's (Who, What, When, Where, Why) technique as a guideline of what you should have in the notes section of the client's account for each meeting, each service provided.
Always remember our mantra "Documentation beats all conversation". Set aside time each week for your administrative tasks and duties to ensure your success as a top level executive and protect yourself, your colleagues, your client's historical data and the company.
As always if you have any questions and or need additional training on how to effectively take notes, please request training with a member of our Executive Development team.
Thank you,

Strategy Meetings Policy, Procedure, and Protocol
Effective 11-1-2025
Please make note and be advised of the following official team "Strategy Meetings" policy, procedure, and protocol effective 11-1-25:
There will be no "back to back" client strategy meetings with the team conducted under any circumstances whatsoever regardless of the amount the client is paying (no exceptions). The team that is servicing that client/artist needs a minimum of one week of "Execution Time, and CSR time" to effectively service and project manage the client/artist scope of work and evaluate the status of any 3rd party vendors deliverables as well as our "internal deliverables".
Additionally, the team needs to have the proper time allocation to execute any adjustments that may be needed and or assess available resources to execute specific servicing deliverables.
In the event that a client is sick, has an emergency, travel, or work related conflict or otherwise unavailable for the assigned bi-weekly official team meeting date and time "pre-set". The Administrative team is instructed to reschedule any and all strategy meetings with a minimum of one week in between the previous meeting, if applicable for that month.
The clear path objective is to accomplish two official team strategy meetings per monthbased on an "every other week" schedule concept (no exceptions) the concept is developed to increase execution time, preparedness, forecasting, adjustments, and overall deliverables. Failure to have a minimum of one week in-between scheduled official team meetings may have a severe impact on the company's ability to meet specific deadlines, and servicing deliverables, CSR's, and overall execution of the project management.
In the event that a key member of our team is unable to attend the official strategy team meeting on behalf of their client, the Lead Project Manager will decide if the meeting shall still commence and or can still operate efficiently, optimally, and professionally in the absence of that team member. The "LPM" reserves the sole and exclusive right to make that final determination after being made aware that a team member who is assigned to that artist/client is out sick, has an emergency, traveling, work or family scheduling conflict with the pre-set meeting date or time.
Any and all official company meetings including but not limited to:
A. Strategy Meetings
B. Training Meetings
C. Official Business Company Meetings- National Leadership, Corporate, Forecast
D. Official company events
E. One-on-one company business meetings
Are all required to be documented on our CRM-Highrise (no exceptions)
As always if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to a member of our Corporate Team, we will be happy to assist you.

Commission Policy
Effective 10-31-25
All A&R commissions have an automatic two-tier review by the admin department and corporate operations before it is paid out (no exceptions). The review commences upon submission of a commission request by the A&R which triggers the review. Once a commission request is reviewed by both tiers (Admin and Corporate Ops) the commission will either be paid out no later than 7 calendar days from the date the two-tier review was completed and or the commission may be withheld for several company reasons ie: clients notetaking is insufficient, for account and CRM, A&R misconduct in violation of company's standards, rules, regulations, code of conduct, policies, and procedures. A&R missed meetings without following proper company protocol for calling out of meetings and missing a required company meeting, chronic tardiness, display of poor attitude affecting company moral, lack of production, lack of support for company's policies and procedures and failure to meet deadlines, failure to operate in a professional and reliable manner while representing the company, failure to be a good positive team player and leader, excessive client complaints, all of these infractions and potentially more that are not listed here are at the sole discretion of the company's corporate team (no exceptions). A commission review and meeting with Corporate Operations may be deemed necessary and required in order to resolve any outstanding or unpaid commissions that are due to A&R. Any and all outstanding company issues must be satisfactorily resolved prior to any commission payouts (no exceptions).
A&R must submit a commission request and be paid out no later than 30 days from the original date that the client made the payment. There is no "carry over" beyond 30 calendar days from the date that the client paid (no exceptions) failure to properly submit your commission request and go through the review process within 30 days from when the client's payment was received by the company will result in a forfeiture of the commission. The company does not hold, save, or accumulate commissions on behalf of A&R's who fail to submit within a timely and reasonable manner consistent with the company's policies and procedures with respect to commission payouts.
