Brother Beatz - E.V.P. of A&R @thebrotherbeatz

Warm and comforting, BrotherBeatz will wrap you up in cozy melodies and smooth rhythms. Light and easygoing, you'll settle into his soft blanket of sound, hand-woven and layered with sonic complexity. Drawing audiences in with alluring hooks, his music is meticulously designed to create a rich sound pallet.

Born into a military family, he moved from Bethesda, Maryland, to Houston, Texas, at age two and is still based there. BrotherBeatz discovered music early on, and since elementary school, he has gravitated toward it. Mesmerized by learning instruments like the recorder, BrotherBeatz began following this passion at a very young age.

In high school, BrotherBeatz expanded his education and auditioned in San Antonio for Crossmen, a world-class, competing drum corps. At only 15 years old, he was accepted as a trumpet player in the horn section and began rigorous training as one of the youngest members. Although most of the drum corps was composed of musicians in their early twenties, BrotherBeatz held his own, performing alongside the best of the best. The organization focuses on strictly choreographed 15-minute routines, ultimately grooming, coaching, and training the players to become professional performers.

Specializing in performance study, BrotherBeatz majored in the music program at Texas A&M. His education in music sets him apart from other artists. While many rappers focus on the drums in their tracks, BrotherBeatz can bring a solid melody to the forefront of his songs.

BrotherBeatz developed his music taste throughout his career, shaping his style from a collection of interests. Texas-raised, he enjoys a bit of that good ol' country sound, but his music focuses on a trap rap style. Heavily influenced by artists like Jay-Z, Travis Scott, and Kanye West, BrotherBeatz appreciates artists from a production background, and he takes a similar approach when developing his own beats. Working behind the scenes, he elevates tracks to a different level sonically, creating a well-rounded auditory experience.

Writing from emotion, his songs stand on their own—genuine, organic, and pure. BrotherBeatz believes listening to music is a personal experience and doesn't craft his music with a specific intention. Instead, he allows his sound to wash over listeners, leaving it open for them to find their own meaning. Audiences are invited to interpret his songs for themselves. Once it's out there, BrotherBeatz feels, to an extent, that creative works of art belong to humanity, a gift for everyone to enjoy.BrotherBeatz is building momentum every day, expanding his reach. He continues to bust out new tracks, collaborating with the most talented artists in the industry. Dedicated to his craft, BrotherBeatz lays down a legacy of original work. Positioned as a leader in sound, BrotherBeatz is guiding audiences into the future of music.

Farro Jarro - E.V.P. of A&R @farrojarromusic

Jafari "Farro Jarro" Jeter is an Atlanta-based multi-genre producer/engineer most noted for his bouncy drum rhythms and modern sound selections. Although Farro's sound is heavily influenced by 90's Hip Hop and R&B, he makes it a point to draw inspiration from both new school and classic music.

At the age of nine, his first instrument was a fire red-orange guitar that he never learned how to play. So naturally, his father was hesitant to purchase a saxophone when he asked for one a few years later. His father made the investment, so Farro spent the next six years playing saxophone in the middle and high school jazz bands.

At the same time, Hip Hop was evolving in the late '90s, and Farro was completely obsessed with the beats and rhymes, but more so the beats. It wasn't just the chopped samples and gritty drum patterns that intrigued him. Still, the freedom of creativity and self-expression in the music was what he was indeed in love with. It was much different than the formal jazz training he received, but he knew his jazz influence would help him create a dope sound!

Fast forwarding to the early 2000s, he dove deep into beat-making. He started mastering the art of the music production process on Akai's classic sampler, the MPC 2000 XL. He also started networking and learning more about the business side of music. He also took piano lessons and earned a Pro Tools audio engineer certification in 2009.

Farro Jarro has had the pleasure of working with platinum artists like Ying Yang Twins, Nappy Roots, and Luh Kel. As well as emerging artists and social media sensations like Torrian Ball, Jay Gwaupo, and Erica Mason. He's also landed music placements on major networks like NBC, HBO, BET, and VH1.

His musical versatility and open-minded approach to music production set him apart from other producers. This gift has allowed him to work with a plethora of musical projects across different channels and genres.

Farro aspires to create a new music experience for the world's people to enjoy. He will forever be a student of his craft, always motivating himself to learn more and grow as a musician.
